How can I contact someone at TicketStand?
You can contact us at [email protected] as well as limited hours by phone at (815) 349-5346. We respond to questions in 24 hours or less. We also love suggestions, so feel free to drop us a line and tell us how we’re doing!
Where do I buy my tickets?
Right here at YourTicketStand.com! All transactions are currently handled online and buying tickets through TicketStand is a snap!
1. Find the event you want..
2. Fill in your billing and credit card information.
3. Review your order and hit “Submit”.
4. After you complete your purchase you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. Print out that e-mail and bring it with you along with a photo ID.
How do I get my tickets when I get to the venue?
After you complete your purchase you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. Print out that e-mail and bring it with you to the event along with a photo ID, receipt or the credit card used to place your order. All orders will be held at the venue box office on the evening of the event.
Only the individual whose name is designated on the purchase receipt / confirmation may pick up the tickets at the event unless prior arrangements have been made with the promoter / venue.
Where else can I buy TicketStand tickets for upcoming events?
Unfortunately, nowhere. At this moment, we are an online / will-call service, meaning that all of our transactions are handled, conveniently, online. You could always purchase your tickets at the door
Why can’t I get my tickets sent to me?
Right now our services are limited to will-call only. Eventually we will provide hard tickets through the mail. In the meantime, enjoy those dollars you are saving on Shipping and Handling!
How can I avoid paying services fees?
The only way to avoid paying service fees for a ticket is by purchasing your ticket at the venue on the night of the show. Keep in mind, shows often sell out in advance so we suggest buying tickets ahead of time, especially when coming from out of town.
Refund policies? What happens if a show is cancelled?
If a show is cancelled, the full purchase price of your tickets will be refunded within 5-7 business days. We cannot, however, refund service fees. These are retained to cover our credit card processing costs for both your original transaction and the refund.
To receive a refund for a cancelled or postponed show, you can contact us by telephone at (815) 349-5404 or by email at [email protected]
within 3 days of the first day of the event. We will then provide you with instructions for receiving your refund.
No refunds are available unless an event is cancelled or postponed.
What happens if the band I wanted to see cancels?
If the headliner of a show cancels, a full refund will be given (excluding service fees). However, if the band was a supporting band, refunds will not be issued.
What should I do if my name is not on the order or someone else purchased tickets for me?
If you need to buy tickets for someone else, please designate their name in the “Attendee” field while completing your purchase. If there are any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
